These Terms govern access to and use of turftechsupply.com, including browsing, account creation, purchases, and use of website content.

1. Acceptance

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy, Shipping, and Refund Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Products and Variations

We try to describe products, materials, colors, dimensions, specifications, and availability accurately. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Products made from natural materials may vary in grain, tone, texture, knots, and other characteristics. Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products where permitted by law.

3. Orders and Payment

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order because of inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, address issues, payment failure, or inability to fulfill. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled amount.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details and to use a payment method you are authorized to use. Taxes and shipping charges are shown where applicable.

4. Delivery and Returns

Delivery, cancellation, return, exchange, and refund rights are governed by the applicable Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

The turftechsupply.com name, branding, logo, text, photographs, graphics, layouts, product content, and original designs belong to Turf Tech Supply or its licensors. You may use the website for lawful personal shopping. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, modify, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

6. Reviews and Submissions

If you submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, suggestions, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is lawful and accurate. You grant Turf Tech Supply a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish that content for store, marketing, and customer-service purposes. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or inappropriate content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the website to break the law, impersonate another person, interfere with security, upload malicious code, abuse promotions, collect data without authorization, infringe rights, submit false reviews, or use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to copy or access the website without permission.

The store uses Shopify and may use payment, shipping, analytics, marketing, and other third-party services. Third-party services and external links may have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that requirement, the website and content are provided on an available basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every product will meet every personal expectation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Turf Tech Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. For a claim relating to an order, our liability will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page, with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute not subject to mandatory consumer protection law will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi. This does not remove or reduce any mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
