These Terms of Service apply to your use of TurfTechSupply.com and to every order placed through it. TurfTechSupply.com is operated by Javid Ismeal Mandale, trading as TurfTechSupply ("TurfTechSupply", "we", "us").

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

2. Our products

The products we sell are unbranded. TurfTechSupply is a retailer and is not the manufacturer. We describe products as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and assembly requirements. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Please follow the assembly and safety instructions supplied with each product, including stated weight limits.

3. Prices and payment

Prices for customers in the United States are in U.S. dollars (USD); any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Prices shown to customers in Germany include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken through Shopify's secure checkout using the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Orders and contract

The products shown on our website are not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the final order button at checkout, you make a binding offer to buy the products in your cart. We will send an automatic email confirming receipt of your order; the contract is concluded when we send an order confirmation or ship the goods. We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as a pricing or stock error, a payment problem, suspected fraud or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we refund the full amount charged. The contract language is English. We store the order details, and you will receive them by email.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

We ship to addresses in the United States and Germany. Shipping, returns, refunds and the statutory right of withdrawal for customers in the EU are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. For customers in Germany and the EU, the statutory rights for defects in goods apply in full.

7. Website content

The original text, graphics and design of this website belong to TurfTechSupply or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish website content for commercial purposes without our written permission, except as allowed by law.

8. Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photo or other content, you confirm that it is truthful and that you have the right to share it, and you allow us to display it on our website and in our marketing. We may decline to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or unrelated to our products.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use this website to break the law, interfere with its security or operation, upload harmful code, misuse promotions, post false reviews, or copy content using automated tools.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health. Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, TurfTechSupply is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or our products, and our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer living in Germany or another EU country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you live. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
