8. Customers in Germany and the EU (GDPR)

Legal bases: we process your personal information to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), for our legitimate interests in running a secure and effective store (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and based on your consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Your rights: you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live.

International transfers: we are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States, Canada and other countries. Where personal data from the EU is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
